Survey Club is one of several free directories of survey sites that claim to be doing this out of the goodness of there hearts, unlike those that charge a fee to join. However the truth is that Survey Club actually make more money from you than any site that actually charges a fee but they get away with it simply because of the words "free". Most importantly you will not earn money for surveys online with Survey Club.
Lets be honest why would they give you something for free that others are charging for unless it was either an inferior product or they where making money another way, Survey Club does both.
Survey Club make money by making sure there "Top 25" are all part of a refferal program basically meaning they get paid for getting you to sign up with them. This wouldn't be so bad if the companies where actually any good but the ones recommended by Survey Club aren't. The companies offered by Survey Club are simply after peoples personal details so that they can spam the crap out of them, actually supplying virtually no surveys whatsoever.
I was a member for two months in which time I received 8 surveys, none where for cash. When I inquired as to why I had received such a low number of surveys, when I finally got a reply, they said it was a problem with my emails spam filter. The email software I use never blocks emails it simply sends them to a spam folder but when I checked the spam folder there was just 2 further surveys in it. The excuse didn't stand up anyway as although I'd received few surveys I had received hundreds of emails from the companies about fantastic products I should by. Did I earn money for surveys online? You must be joking.
Web browser security software all agree as amazingly all 5 of the tools I check with all rated the site Survey Club as high risk with one claiming reports of adware, spyware or viruses.
Survey Club is the perfect example of how by claiming to be free a company can become successful and make lots of money behind the users back. You can earn money for surveys online but it definitely won't be with Survey Club.
